If your team is big or small, if you’re a total n00b or even if you’re a seasoned expert, our user group will teach you new ways to leverage Zendesk and help your team succeed.

7:25 - 7:55pm: Hear from a Zendesk customer on how they're using Zendesk to improve their support experience
7:55 - 8:40pm: Breakout session: Discuss your challenges, get your questions answered, and discover how your peers approach customer service
